    Our insurance does not permit us to move furniture

    For your safety and ours, please move any furniture or fragile items if you would like the areas beneath cleaned, prior to our arival. Our multi-stage process does not allow “over & back” cleaning.

  • Floor Care Plan

    Same service - every 12 months

    Don’t wait until your floors lose their shine. Lock in the same professional service you’ve just received, scheduled 12 months from now, at a discounted rate - and spread the cost with easy monthly payments.

    That means spotless floors all year-round, without the hassle of rebooking.

    For your convenience, you’ll receive a single automated text within 7 days after your service - no spam, just a one-time reminder giving you the option to request more details or join the plan.

    To secure your plan, you must sign up within 3 days of your offer. After this window, enrollment will no longer be available.

    For businesses, we can schedule more frequent visits to keep high-traffic areas always looking their best.

  • Payment Information

    (Please note that all card payments incur a 2% online transaction fee)

    Cash / Card Payments

    You can pay on the day via cash or credit / debit card. If you won’t be present during the service, please arrange payment in advance.

    Bank Transfers

    Must be made at least 3 working days prior to your appointment to ensure funds are received. Appointments may be rescheduled if funds have not arrived in time.

    Residential Clients - Payment Terms

    Final payment is due upon completion of work for residential clients. A daily late fee of 1.5% applies to overdue payments, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

    Commercial Clients - Payment Terms

    Final payment is due within five (5) working days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur a daily interest charge of 1.5% until the balance is fully settled, and non-payment is considered a breach of contract.
