First Class Tile Care Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between First Class Tile Care and the Customer. Placing an order through website forms, email, social media, or telephone and using our services constitutes acceptance of this agreement.
2. The Customer must provide access to the property, along with access to running water and electricity.
3. Appointment times are approximate. If arrival will be more than 30 minutes late, the Customer will be notified.
4. No work will be booked without the required details (full name, full address, and mobile number).
5. Our services are limited to tile and stone cleaning and restoration only and do not include the removal of furniture or personal belongings. All valuable, fragile, and breakable items must be removed prior to our arrival.
6. Cancellations are free of charge provided they are made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
7. All prices are based on the job description provided. Prices may be amended if the description is inaccurate (for example, incorrect measurements or existing sealers requiring removal). The Customer may decline the revised price and cancel the service prior to commencement of work.
8. All products and equipment used by First Class Tile Care are professional-grade cleaning and restoration products.
9. Payment terms: for residential clients, payment in full is due immediately upon completion of the works. For commercial clients, payment is due within five (5) working days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. Failure to make payment within the applicable period shall constitute a material breach of contract. All overdue amounts shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per day, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full. First Class Tile Care reserves the right to recover all costs associated with the enforcement of payment, including but not limited to administrative fees, debt recovery charges, and legal costs, as permitted under applicable law.
10. If payment is not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, First Class Tile Care reserves the right to suspend services and pursue recovery of the outstanding balance through legal or debt recovery channels.
11. Due to the nature of the services provided, First Class Tile Care guarantees only to correct any issues reported within 48 hours of completion of the service. Issues reported after this period will not be considered.
12. Should the Customer refuse any reasonable opportunity for corrective work, First Class Tile Care accepts no responsibility for any further issues arising and reserves the right to cancel any refunds or compensation.
13. All work carried out by First Class Tile Care is fully insured. Insurance covers damage caused directly by First Class Tile Care technicians. Pre-existing damage is excluded.
14. First Class Tile Care shall not be held responsible for pre-existing damage. Any additional procedures requested by the Customer may result in additional charges.
15. By ordering First Class Tile Care’s services, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
